IN ORDER TO BE GUARANTEED PARTICIPATION IN THE GENE MILLS EASTERN NATIONAL TOURNAMENT,
you must placed in the top 4 places at an official qualifying tournament listed and pre-register by April 24, 2010. You do not have to
wrestle in the weight class at which you qualified however, you must indicate at which weight you wish to compete at this year.
On a first mailed, first received basis: wrestlers that have qualified for the 2010 Tournament of Champions or have placed in the top
six place finishers in all National and State events in the last eighteen months, have placed in the top six places in the Fall Ohio
Tournament of Champions, all AAU folk style or free style Nationals, AAU Middle School Nationals, USA folk or free style
Nationals, Reno Worlds, Mid Atlantic Easter Nationals, Rocky Mountain Nationals, Southern Nationals, Any out of state wrestler that
is a champion of any non qualifying event (youth, middle school/junior high, reserve or varsity level during the months December,
January, February or March of the current wrestling season. Any wrestler that is a member of his schools high school varsity , J.V.
or J.H. team and all wrestlers that have qualified in any Middle Atlantic Wrestling Association District or Regional Tournaments are
Pre-qualified for the Gene Mills AAU Eastern National Wrestling Tournament.
Varsity wrestlers including JV and Jr High and the Girls divisions are open tournaments no pre qualification necessary all
Girls must enter the girls division. THERE ARE NO CHANGE OF WEIGHTS AT THE TOURNAMENT SITE-YOU MUST MAKE THE
WEIGHT YOU INDICATE OR FORFEIT ENTRY! Any change of weights must be done in accordance with the above information. (NO REFUNDS FOR
FAILURE TO MAKE WEIGHT)
AFTER ALL QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS HAVE BEEN ENTERED INTO THE TOURNAMENT BY VIRTUE OF
THEIR TOURNAMENTPLACING AT AN OFFICIAL QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT AND ON TIME ENTRY. Open
entries will be accepted to fill remaining weight class slots on a first mailed first to be placed basis, determined by earliest postmark
for tournament entry. (Sorry refunds are not possible for acts or situations beyond our control)
