Lock Haven
Beginners
This class will be held Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8 p.m. This class is designed for students 6th grade and under with limited or no experience. Remember the first class is always free. The first class will be Monday, November 30 but you can join any time. Please tell all your friends.
Advanced
This training session is for youth with experience and junior high students who want some extra training. This class will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays. The first class will be Tuesday, December 1. Again, remember the first class is always free. We will be focusing on preparing students for the Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling Series.
High School & Below
This training session will be designed to give the high school students the opportunity to get in a workout when all the other facilities in the area are closed. Any student is invited to attend this. If you are a Mat-Town USA member for the Tuesday/Thursday class this session is free.

The Mat-Town USA Wrestling Center is available 24/7. There is over 6,000 sq. ft. of mat with wall mats all the way around and a brand new scale donated by the Jersey Shore Youth Wrestling Association, so please tell everyone. If you want to try wrestling, you want to improve in wrestling and you want to work hard and enjoy it more, then Mat-Town USA is the place to be. In the past 6 years, over 900 students from 47 school districts have trained with Mat-Town USA. Many of them have moved on to success at the high school level and the collegiate level. Success as defined by the coaches, staff and board of directors is that every school whose students train with Mat-Town USA their high school wrestling program will increase in numbers and quality of performance by each and every student.
My Goal
Every student, every coach and every family will take advantage of the training and the facilities offered by Mat-Town USA. We will celebrate together that in Mat-Town USA the mats are always down.
